We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating for various CSI divisions, particularly in the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors. Proficiency in utilizing software such as PlanSwift and RSMeans for accurate pricing is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction and fit-out projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Utilize PlanSwift and RSMeans data to develop comprehensive pricing strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and labor rates.
• Prepare and present estimates to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating for commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift and RSMeans software.
• Strong understanding of CSI divisions and construction methods.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• USA construction industry experience is preferred.
