IT System Analyst (Lithuanian speaker)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you're in the heart of Lithuania, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the banking sector, working on exciting project that supports the technology needed to keep the functions fully operational.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Review and/or refine functional and non-functional requirements prepared by external institutions.
• Prepare and/or coordinate business requirements specifications.
• Participate in the preparation of technical tasks and documentation for developers.
• Coordinate and/or support the implementation of changes and system development processes.
• Prepare and/or assist in developing testing plans and test scenarios for system changes.
• Align testing plans and scenarios with business stakeholders.
• Analyze data and create reports using Power BI and SQL to support decision-making and improve the efficiency of financial processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in IT System Analyst and/or Business Analyst roles.
• Practical knowledge of testing methodologies, processes, and tools, including Agile and JIRA.
• Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and quickly resolve user issues to prevent operational disruptions.
• Advanced Excel skills, solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to perform data analysis related to financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL for financial and operational data analysis.
• Experience in the finance or banking sector is considered a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Lithuanian (C1–C2 level, spoken and written) is required.

Salary ranges: From 2500 - 3700 gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
