ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in the Baltic states or Poland, you'll collaborate with dedicated professionals in the e-learning sector on an exciting project. The goal of this project is to develop an AI-powered e-learning platform focused on promoting Cyber Security topics and offering seminars and training sessions in Cyber Security.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and address customer and business requirements.
  • Convert complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions that enhance and evolve the product experience.
  • Navigate and integrate emerging technologies such as ML, AI, and Generative AI to develop scalable frameworks that advance UX and UI design.
  • Promote a responsible and ethical approach to AI within Cybersecurity products and services.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities to offer clear guidance on product prioritization and support early-stage product definition.
  • Champion the customer experience through human-centered design practices, including discovery, research, and user testing.
  • Lead and participate in workshops with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop process and user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and user interface specifications.
  • Produce design assets in collaboration with engineering for acceptance, development, and market delivery.

    • WHAT WE EXPECT:

    The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field, including:

    • Proven experience in UX/UI design specifically for e-learning platforms.
    • Proven experience designing user interfaces for AI applications.
    • Demonstrated expertise in conducting user research, usability testing and refining designs based on feedback.
    • Strong ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and address customer and business requirements.
