ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere within Lithuania.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Customize and configure SAP HCM modules to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to develop technical solutions.
  • Write and test code for SAP HCM modules, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Develop integration solutions for SAP HCM with internal and external systems.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of SAP HCM systems.
  • Ensure that solution designs are implemented according to best practices.
  • Conduct technical unit testing and support functional teams during system testing.
  • Maintain high data quality standards within the SAP HCM domain.

    • WHAT WE EXPECT:

    • Over 3 years of experience as an SAP HCM developer.
    • Expertise in ABAP programming and SAP HCM development tools.
    • Strong experience with SAP HCM modules
    • Experience in delivering integration solutions between SAP and other systems.
    • Knowledge of SAP best practices for technical solution design and implementation.
    • Familiarity with SAP enhancement techniques.
    • Previous experience with SAP TM and/or logistics processes is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, including technical writing.
    • Higher education in IT, software engineering, or a relevant field.

    Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): from 3500 gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
