ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll be working in a hybrid model, based in the cozy city of Vilnius, contributing to the insurance sector as a Change Manager. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving and managing organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes and systems. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end change strategies for complex, cross-functional transformation projects within the insurance sector.
  • Identify key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and maintain alignment across business, IT, and operational teams to ensure successful adoption.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to determine the scope, scale, and approach for effective change implementation.
  • Develop and deliver clear communication plans and targeted training programs to support users through transitions and minimize resistance.
  • Establish and maintain change governance processes, ensuring initiatives follow internal frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Define and track KPIs and change adoption metrics to assess the effectiveness of change management strategies, and adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and technical leads to embed change management into project delivery from initiation to go-live.
  • Promote a culture of agility and continuous improvement by gathering feedback, evaluating outcomes, and refining change processes.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • 4+ years of experience in change management roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector and on large-scale digital or organizational change projects.
  • Solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and project delivery methodologies (Agile).
  • Ability to translate complex change concepts into clear, actionable communication for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive alignment across departments.
  • Skilled in conducting change impact analyses, developing metrics, and using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 4000 - 5500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
