Senior IT Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll be joining a team of dedicated professionals in the banking sector, working on exciting projects that focus on migrating various products to a new system as part of a broader modernization initiative. Please note that this position requires you to be based in Vilnius, as on-site collaboration is an essential part of the role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end products migration projects, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to the new platform.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication, maintaining transparency on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate and lead regular project meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal and external standards.
• Monitor and report key project metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Proven experience in leading complex product migration projects, ideally within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and influence at all organizational levels.
• Solid understanding of project risk management, issue tracking, and mitigation planning.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail, ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with budget planning and resource allocation.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3800 - 4800 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
