ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role requires the candidate to be based in Lithuania and offers the chance to join an impactful system migration project within the financial sector. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, focusing on the transition and upgrade of the treasury system to ensure a seamless and efficient migration process.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity oversight, and FX management, using the internal Treasury System, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards.
• Actively participate in system migration and upgrade projects, applying expertise in system transitions and change management processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring treasury best practices are integrated into organizational workflows.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treasury processes, system usage, and updates while providing training and support to team members.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure system stability, reliability, and performance, especially during migration and system upgrades.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Proven experience in Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation, upgrades, migrations, or change management. 
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize Treasury Management Systems, with a focus on efficiency and alignment with industry best practices.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, audit, and regulatory standards in the treasury domain.
• Ability to maintain and update documentation, providing clarity and consistency for system usage, workflows, and updates.
• Technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. 

WHAT WE OFFER:

It is a contract-based role with a rate of 20-45 EUR/hour (flexible depending on your experience).
