Senior Business Analyst (EU Based, Certificate required)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in Warsaw, anywhere in Poland, or anywhere in the EU, you'll work closely with clients, helping them clarify needs, structure requirements, and shape solutions that align with business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Leading requirements discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into clear and structured documentation.
• Creating models and analysis using UML, workflows, and data diagrams.
• Supporting solution design and ensuring requirements are understood across teams.
• Facilitating communication between business users, architects, and developers.
• Contributing to impact assessments and change discussions.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); Masters is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• English at B2-C1.
• Mandatory certification requirement. The candidate must hold at least one of the following certifications or accepted equivalents:
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA, or an accepted equivalent, such as:
  • Agile BA Practitioner
  • Combination of ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) AND CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering)
  • OMG Certified UML Professional, Advanced Level, or an accepted equivalent, such as:
    • OMG Certified UML Professional Foundation Level combined with PRINCE2 Practitioner 
    • PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
    • SAFe certifications
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and modelling techniques.
• Solid communication abilities and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
