QA Automation Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join a dynamic team in the banking services sector, working on innovative solutions that enhance system quality, reliability, and performance. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery by designing and implementing scalable automated testing solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Design and implement automated tests and testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability;
• Own and improve test automation frameworks and processes across the product lifecycle;
• Collaborate closely with Scrum teams and developers to manage bug tracking, test prioritization, and release processes;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including test processes, tools, and quality standards;
• Ensure effective test coverage, defect management, and system validation before releases;
• Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into development workflows;
• Work with engineering teams to promote best practices in QA and automation.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Test Automation;
• Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and software development principles;
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and technologies such as:
  Java (11+), Selenium (Selenide), Cucumber, TestNG / JUnit, Git, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins, Appium (advantage), Spring Boot, Docker (optional);
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3000 - 4000 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
