ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Settlement Operations Consultant / Business Analyst to join financial project in the Vilnius office. If you have strong analytical skills, understand settlement processes, Accounts Receivable, payments, reconciliations, and enjoy improving operational efficiency, this role is for you.
You will play a key role in overseeing settlement operations, ensuring KPI achievement, supporting integrations, and driving process improvements within an international business environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Oversee end-to-end settlement activities performed by acquired companies, including Accounts Receivable, funding, commissions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal company standards and full accountability for defined settlement KPIs.
- Identify operational issues, risks, and bottlenecks, escalating when necessary.
- Perform and monitor reconciliation processes with high accuracy.
- Complete complex daily settlement operations tasks while ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved.
- Analyze settlement flows, payments, and Accounts Receivable processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in business projects, integrations, and operational transitions.
- Represent the settlement function during transformation and integration initiatives.
- Support the transition to standardized operating models and best practices.
- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, product, and cross-functional teams.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Previous experience in Settlement Operations, Payments Operations, Finance Operations, or Business Analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, payment flows, commissions, reconciliations, and settlements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and improve processes.
- Experience working with KPIs, controls, and operational performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with process improvement, integrations, or transformation projects.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is considered a strong advantage.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 2200 - 4200 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
