ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a Product Owner based in Lithuania to drive the development and growth of a new AI-powered product. This is not a highly technical Product Owner role - we're looking for a proactive, business-oriented professional who can take ownership of the product vision, identify market opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders, and help bring innovative AI solutions to market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Own and drive the vision, roadmap, and development of our AI-powered product.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product priorities.
• Work closely with development, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor solutions to identify new opportunities.
• Define product features and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Coordinate product launches and contribute to go-to-market activities.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the product.
• Take initiative in identifying new ideas and growth opportunities for the product.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Experience building or launching a digital product from scratch would be a strong advantage.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of product initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in AI technologies and digital products.
• Marketing, product growth, or go-to-market experience would be considered a strong advantage.
• A technical background is not required, but the ability to work effectively with development teams is important.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 4000 - 5500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
