ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking experienced QA Manager to join our team in the insurance sector. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in testing systems to ensure compliance and quality, this role is for you. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Ability to analyze and align system testing activities with client-provided requirements and business objectives.
• Experience in preparing comprehensive system testing strategies, plans, and detailed test scenarios based on agreed scope.
• Strong capability to identify programming defects, logical errors, and data inconsistencies that may impact system performance or data integrity.
• Proficiency in defect management, including logging, tracking, and documenting issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ability to perform re-testing and validation of resolved issues to ensure quality and system stability.
• Document testing results based on the prepared scenarios and generate comprehensive reports.
• Solid understanding of database validation techniques, with hands-on experience using SQL queries for data verification and integrity checks.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with development teams, stakeholders, and clients.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Manager.
• Competence in using SQL for database functionality reviews.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a Scrum team environment.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
