ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you are based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, you have the opportunity to engage in exciting projects within the finance sector.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Accurately encode agent details and documents into online systems.
• Monitor and review agent submissions of KYA packets for completeness and compliance.
• Communicate with agents to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies in documentation.
• Support in meeting country-specific targets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Prior experience in KYC-related processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with agents and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while adhering to strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.
