Nurse Practitioner Family or Adult

Nurse Practitioner Family practice needed, $60.00 to $65.00 Hourly

Location: Buena Park, CA

Qualifications:

· MSN Degree from accredited school or University

· Licensed In The State of CA

• primary clinical care of clients of all ages in accordance with standardized procedures. Clinical care includes the following:
• Obtain health history
• Perform physical examination
• Assess and manage physical and psychosocial problems.
• Develop a problem list, a diagnostic, therapeutic and teaching plan, which includes preventive health.
• Manage emergency cases.
• Patient education and counseling.
• Furnish and adjust medications in the formulary in accordance with the law.
• Order diagnostic studies such as laboratory and radiologic tests, as needed.
• Refer patients for specialty evaluation and care as needed.
• Maintain medical records of care given. Fills out all necessary forms.
• Review patients' records, including laboratory data, for abnormalities and completeness and is responsible for providing appropriate follow-up

Hours Of Operation:

· Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
