Location: Elkton, KY

We are a Private Practice that is looking for a caring and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that can treat our patients in Nursing Homes.

We treat Adult & Geriatric patients!

Our position is Full Time!

5 Days A Week!

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Closed on the weekends!

Pay: $120k Salary + Benefit Package!

Requirements:

Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Kentucky

New Grads are OK!
