MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse RN

Location: Woonsocket, RI

We are a Private Sub-Acute / Long Term Care facility that is looking for a caring and compassionate MDS Coordinator / RN.

We have a warm and friendly environment.

We treat Adult patients.

Our position can be Full Time or Part Time!

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

No Weekends.

Pay: $49 - $55 per hour + Benefit Package

Requirements:

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Rhode Island.

Previous experience working as an MDS Coordinator is required.

Previous experience in Sub-Acute or LTC is required.

No Recent Grads.
