Digital Content Creator intern:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Designer to join our team onsite in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for a U.S. citizen with a passion for transforming complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual content. You will play a key role in shaping how our products and capabilities are communicated through graphics, short-form videos, and branded materials. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help bring ideas to life across presentations, digital platforms, and social media, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact in everything we produce.

Skills / Qualifications

• Experience creating visual content (graphics, short-form video, or motion design)
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals for non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and creating branded templates
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and iterate based on feedback
• Portfolio of relevant work required

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing tools (Canva)
• Familiarity with web content tools (WordPress)
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn or business audiences
• Interest in AI tools for content creation

Responsibilities

• Create short product videos showcasing key capabilities and use cases
• Design graphics and diagrams to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Develop and maintain branded templates across PowerPoint, Word, and other materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product features and translate them into visual content
• Update and create website and social media content (especially LinkedIn)
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and maintain a consistent visual identity
