Job Title: Logistics Technician- Senior

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics/Procurement technician to join our team.

Job Description:

• Logistics, Warehouse, and Procurement support. Inventory specializes in C5ISR Army Watercraft Electronic Equipment.  Proficient in Commercial Global Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling. Will be involved in inventory tracking, customer service and filling orders. Detailed data entry is required in maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments. Strong analytical skills required for researching and comparing suppliers, goods and services, and to provide insightful input for replacements for possible obsolete equipment. Good organizational skills with excellent attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, identifying discrepancies, and correcting errors promptly.

• Should have excellent organizational, time management, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills. Should be detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy. Should be self-motivated, able to work independently without constant tasking, and as part of a team. Positive customer service skills needed.   

Requirement:

• Secret Clearance Required
• 5 Year Experience Required
• Forklift Experience Required and able to get Certified.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Program
• Database Proficiency or basic Knowledge
• Proficient Computer skills with all Microsoft Office Applications, ie. Excel, Word, Outlook
• Preferable proficiency in inventory software, database systems, or a minimum working knowledge of inventory management software. If Possible, WASP Inventory System knowledge.
• Knowledge of Schedule B Tariff codes, and Military Freight processes and paperwork useful but not required.
