Payroll Operations Division (POD) Management Analyst

Management Analysts Journeyman Description of Duties

  • Has a background in multiple areas such as IT, management, computer science, data management or statistics. 
  • Gathers data and conducts analysis to improve program efficiency; researches products and solutions to achieve program objectives; documents and reports results of analysis, data collection and program efficiencies solutions. 
  • Possesses and applies expertise and knowledge in program analysis and data collection. 
  • Evaluates analysis and data collection results and recommends changes affecting program/project growth and success. 
  • Functions as an expert analyst across multiple project assignments. 
  • May supervise others.

This position will be responsible with organizing, documenting, and creating process documentation with a particular focus on SPOC duties, Quicktime Administration, System Audit Support, and Records Administration.

Required Experience

Manage established change management (CCB) and release management processes and contribute to improvement of business processes using defined tools and software for the deployment of scheduled product releases. 

Contractors shall be familiar with IBCs change management tool and business processes that are intended to oversee the development, testing, deployment and support of IBCs software releases.
