About the Job

Our esteemed client, an Australian company specializing in construction and infrastructure safety supplies and equipment, is looking for a Data Entry Associate (Client Support). You will be responsible for transferring and cleaning data, handling general inquiries, managing databases and CRM systems, and supporting various administrative tasks. You will also assist with drafting promotional emails, event invites, and lead research to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Database & Technical Management: Maintain and manage database systems to ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility; update and manage CRM systems (P21, Vision6, Salesforce, etc.); research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Administrative & Project Support: Complete recurring tasks efficiently and within deadlines; manage Outlook calendar, schedule meetings, assist with presentation preparation/editing; monitor project timelines and deliverables; handle additional tasks as assigned based on client needs and ongoing projects.
  • Client Communication & Collaboration: Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address concerns; collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Marketing Support: Draft email content, promotional offers, and event invitations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Client Support, data entry, and database management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; proficiency in database management systems and data backup solutions; knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
  • Functional Skills: Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently under pressure; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Communication: Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
