About the Job

Our esteemed client, a powerline provider in Australia, is looking for Internal Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting customer inquiries into sales orders by delivering exceptional customer service, proactive follow-up, and an understanding of the sales process. The role focuses on fostering business growth by securing a majority of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Proactively manage the sales inbox and handle inquiries professionally to initiate the sales process and drive satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs to build trust, provide tailored solutions, and encourage repeat business.
  • Technical Proficiency: Interpret network drawings, select appropriate products, and create customized kits.
  • Quotation and Order Processing: Use Microsoft Business Central for accurate pricing, prompt quotation delivery, diligent follow-ups, and seamless order processing.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and quotation updates to ensure continuity and efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, dispatch, and other departments to meet customer requirements and achieve sales objectives.
  • Customer Retention: Follow up with customers to foster long-term relationships and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score).

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Sales or customer service (B2B preferred), familiarity with CRM/ERP software, with at least two years of experience in the industry or related roles.
  • Knowledge: ERP (Microsoft Business Central), CRM systems, basic technical/engineering concepts, product knowledge
  • Skills: Organizational, excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, keen attention to detail.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig or Alabang.
