Job Overview:

As a Client Support (Data Entry), you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients for services. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a sales pipeline. This position involves researching, prospecting, and initiating contact with potential clients through various channels.

What you'll do

  • Ensure positive client experience through high quality service and communication thereby attaining client retention
  • Handle client service or support related incoming requests
  • Outlook calendar management and scheduling
  • Research and resolve each client interaction to their utmost satisfaction
  • Manage databases and execute reports to track and support implementation and overseeing of compliance initiatives
  • Perform assistance on social media management and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Domestic and international travel coordination
  • Business communications to internal/external stakeholders (email, phone, etc.)
  • Report generating and preparation
  • Document management
  • Presentation creation/editing
  • Establish Acxelsus' positive image by interacting with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Daily tasks as requested by Management
  • Other duties may also be assigned

What you'll bring

  • At least1-2 years of experience in virtual assistance or customer service.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly MS Excel is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively and with great attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on-site: Ortigas, Pasig City
