About the Job
Our esteemed client, a dynamic organization specializing in client services, is looking for a Sales Support. As a Sales Support, you will be responsible for transferring and cleaning data, handling general inquiries, and managing various administrative tasks to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Transfer and clean data to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
- Inquiry Handling: Handle general inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Order & Shipment Tracking: Track and monitor orders, shipment statuses, ETA, and freight bookings.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports to support business analysis.
- Receipt Processing: Process receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Database Management: Manage databases and generate reports to support compliance initiatives.
- Report Generation: Prepare and generate various reports as requested.
- Sales Quotation: Prepare and manage sales quotations for clients.
- Documentation Management: Ensure efficient management and organization of documentation.
- Daily Tasks: Execute daily tasks as requested by management.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned based on immediate business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a Client Support, with sales quotation experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; experience with database management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
