About the Job
Our esteemed client, a registered professional training provider in Australia, is looking for Quality and Compliance Associate. As a Quality and Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of quality and compliance processes within our training and education operations. This role ensures that all coursework and documentation submitted by students and trainers meet internal quality standards and comply with current RTO regulations. By providing meticulous review and support, this position helps uphold the integrity of our training services and supports continuous improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Coursework & Documentation Review: Assess submissions from students and trainers for quality and compliance, and ensure materials meet RTO standards and internal policies.
- Compliance Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of reviews, and identify and flag risks, inconsistencies, or non-compliant materials.
- Administrative Support: Support the Quality & Customer Care Lead in administrative and quality tasks, and assist in documenting procedures, policies, and review frameworks.
- Process Improvement & Audit Support: Participate in internal compliance reviews and audits and contribute to initiatives that enhance quality and compliance.
- Escalations: Escalate complex compliance issues to the Quality & Compliance Manager.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience or background in auditing, compliance, or quality control. Familiarity with RTO (Registered Training Organization) standards and compliance frameworks is preferred
- Technical Skills: Experience in CRM or LMS Systems, preferably Acxelerate
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks independently within a team structure
- Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
