About the Job

Our growing team is looking for an IT Support. As an IT Support, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and operational staff. This role involves managing hardware, software, and network-related issues, performing system installations and maintenance, and supporting users both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • System Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, operating systems, and applications.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve system and application errors, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Remote Assistance: Provide support to onsite and remote users using IT management tools.
  • User Training & Guidance: Educate staff on proper use of IT systems, software, and protocols.
  • Helpdesk Management: Log, track, and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • System Monitoring: Oversee system and network performance to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage IT access, equipment setup, and deactivation.
  • IT Procurement Coordination: Work with vendors for hardware, software, and services.
  • System Administration: Assist in managing platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Monday.com, Fortigate, Windows Server, CCTV, and IT Inventory

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and system administration tools.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Language: Proficient in English (verbal and written).
