About the Job

Our client, a leading Australian equipment hire company, is seeking a CRM & Sales Administrator. The CRM & Sales Administrator is responsible for managing sales data and processes in HubSpot, maintaining accurate records, tracking projects, and generating reports to support the sales team. This position is key to ensuring efficient operations and enabling the team to focus on growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Management: Upload and maintain all leads in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates as leads progress into deals.
  2. Deal & Project Administration: Manage deals, track outcomes (won/lost), and upload new projects from EstimateOne and BCI into HubSpot on a weekly basis.
  3. Sales Support & Reporting: Oversee HubSpot task lists, follow up with sales representatives on overdue tasks, prepare call lists, log call notes, and produce weekly KPI reports.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in HubSpot CRM administration in sales support, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and strong data management skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive communication, and ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams.
  • Language: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
