Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Group CEO, to lead strategic cross-functional and cross-entities transformational initiatives
  • Identify & implement customer led digital transformation projects, procedure re-engineering initiatives & other projects.
  • Drive and collaborate with different stakeholders, including Business units, Operations teams, IT team, Marketing etc., for all stages of the initiatives and activities
  • Consolidate projects pipelines, facilitate projects prioritization with senior management and ensure the selected pipelines are materialized into projects with adequate resources assigned.
  • Define and execute the project governance processes, perform quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure projects are comply to company policies and standards.
  • Ensure projects adopt the required framework such as Agile. Create and maintain effective project communications and assets using collaboration tools
  • Develop key metrics for project success and towards goals of business agility and customer centricity
  • Collect feedback from users and project teams to identify improvement areas for upcoming projects.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree or above with minimum 10 years experience in Project Management/ Business Analysis and in development & support of banking application
  • Hands on experience in managing a portfolio of digital initiatives/ projects
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Sound knowledge in business IT product and lifecycle;
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent programme coordination and administration skills
  • Passionate and customer led mindset and keen to drive transformation success
  • Strong experience in PMO, finance processes, risk and project management standards
  • Certification in project management such as PMP is highly preferred
  • Strong in stakeholder management (able to mingle across and develop relationship with departments)
  • Experience with PM tools including JIRA, MS Projects is a plus
  • Good understanding of DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code concepts and techniques, CI and CD pipeline implementation on multiple technology stacks
  • Knowledge on Security and Compliance such IAM and Cloud compliance, auditing and monitoring tools
  • Ability to deliver solutions effectively which align to approved design patterns and security standards
  • Keen problem solving skills with Analytical and Creativity. Ability to quickly acquire new skills, explore and implement new and emerging technologies
  • Experience to operate in highly regulated industry such as Financial Service
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Frequent travel to Macau is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior role
