Team Head, Commercial Banking (Macau)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Commercial Banking to manage and develop the departmental strategic plans, policies, procedures, standards and tools
• Lead the team to grow and maximize the revenue potential of corporate clients by exploring new business opportunities and selling corporate financial services proactively
• Maintain and develop corporate loan portfolios and to supervise commercial banking related services and activities
• Cross-sell the corporate financial products and to increase its deposit base
• Motivate, drive and guide the team members to achieve business targets in line with departmental target and strategies
• Review departmental policies and procedure to ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant internal guideline and with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial leading and trade financing, and at least 5 years of experience at supervisory level
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial banking business in Macau is highly preferred
• Resourceful with strong market network in Macau
• Well versed with the principles of commercial credit and corporate leading policies and standards
• Strong leadership capability and management skill
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
