Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Execute the compliance monitoring program in accordance with the Branch and Head Office policies
• Perform regulatory-related compliance gap analysis, checking and review
• Provide advisory and training to operation/business units relating to regulatory compliance issues
• Prepare internal/external reports to senior management, regulators, tax authority and Head Office
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Law, Business or related discipline(s)
• Familiar with the HKMA regulatory requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience in audit, risk management or compliance
• Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on AML/ CFT qualification is preferred
• Good communication skills, including spoken & written English and Chinese
• Good computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Regulatory Compliance Officer
