About the job Senior IT Support Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage & maintain regional network communications & devices of data central hub
  • Administer and apply any preventive maintenances to Windows/Linux servers
  • Install, upgrade and configure operating systems of Win/Linux
  • Apply MS services patches and to configure/strengthen systems security
  • Define and implement network/infra-structure security activities
  • Perform an active SOC function to monitor IT environment security
  • Define and implement monitoring systems in assuring infra-structure readiness / healthiness
  • Develop / update systems documentations; IT policy & procedures; incident reports

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in information technology or related disciplines
  • 3+ years of hand-on experience in system administration on Windows and networks supports
  • Sound knowledge in TCP/IP; SNMP, Citrix; VMware, Linux, VPN, MS Active Directory; Firewall management
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IDS/IPS, proxy and SIEM environment
  • Knowledge in CISCO products in an advantage
  • Holder of CCNP, CISSP, CISM and MCITP Enterprise Administrator is preferred
  • Self-starter with good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
