How Youll Make an Impact

As a Team Lead, you will:
Lead and mentor a remote team of 6 developers, fostering a high-performance culture
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by removing blockers and guiding priorities
Translate business needs into clear technical strategies and execution plans
Work hands-on with backend technologies to evolve and optimize complex systems
Design and refine database architectures for high-traffic scalability

What Were Looking For

1+ year of experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring remote teams
4+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development for scalable, high-traffic applications
1+ year of experience with TypeScript
Strong expertise in SQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning
Experience in fast-paced startup environments and distributed teams
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical execution with business goals
English B2 or higher (comfortable communication)
