Activus Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join our dynamic and passionate team as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. We are looking for a sale's orientated individual, who is self-motivated, a natural networker and is looking for an opportunity to put their stamp on the business.

Responsibilities will include full 360 recruitment, generating new business and maintaining customer relations.
Duties:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and permanent vacancies
  • Developing relationships with live and lapsed clients ensuring repeat business
  • Assist in driving the company growth and development throughout multiple sectors and regions.
  • Obtaining new clients through business development both remotely through telephone and face to face meetings.
  • Attending networking events and recruitment fairs
  • Sourcing new candidates through various online platforms
  • Screen all new candidates and ensure all compliance checks are completed
  • Posting all new vacancies externally on social media platforms and Job Boards
  • Matching candidates to available vacancies
  • Working to weekly individual and team sales targets
  • Providing a full consultative service to both candidates and clients


Experience

  • Required Experience within a similar Recruitment Consultant/Sales role
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • An upbeat friendly personality
  • Sales driven and motivated to succeed
  • Full UK driving licence

Fully remote and hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate.
