Position: Kitchen assistant

Basic Salary: 1500-2000

Working days: 6

Working time: 54 hours/week

Remarks:500-1000 fixed allowance

Responsibilities:

· Apply food production standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to safety and hygiene policies and procedures

· Check food quantities, container formats and materials against production instructions given

· Check production parameters, ingredient quantities or preparation methods for correct settings to meet process requirements

· Clean and reinstate work stations, operate cooking equipment and dispose of waste following the standard operating procedures (SOPs)

· Fill critical control point (CCP) forms and records to document production processes

· Monitor food processing equipment and report cases of improper functions

· Operate equipment and machinery in food production lines

· Follow cooking procedures

· Prepare workstations at the start of shift

· Adhoc general task as assigned

Requirements:

Basic Food Hygiene

Minimum 4 years of industry experience with 2 years in a similar management role.
