We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with 3+ years of real-world project experience to build, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with custom themes, plugins, performance optimization, and modern WordPress best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins

Convert Figma / XD / PSD designs into responsive WordPress pages

Customize existing themes and plugins as per business requirements

Ensure website speed, security, and scalability

Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and mobile responsiveness

Integrate third-party tools, APIs, payment gateways, and forms

Troubleshoot bugs and provide long-term maintenance support

Follow clean coding standards and WordPress best practices

Coordinate with designers, marketers, and product teams

Required Skills

Strong experience with WordPress Core, Hooks, Actions, and Filters

Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

Experience with custom theme & plugin development

Good understanding of REST APIs

Experience with WooCommerce (customization & optimization)

Familiarity with page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg / WPBakery)

Knowledge of website performance optimization & caching

Basic understanding of SEO best practices

Experience with Git / version control is a plus

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with Headless WordPress

Knowledge of React (for Gutenberg blocks)

Familiarity with hosting environments (AWS, Azure, Cloudways, WP Engine)

Experience in agency or SaaS-based projects
