Technical Skillset

• Experience in configuring and setting up Arbortext Publishing Engine independently as well as with Windchill instance
• Experience in configuring, customizing PTC Arbortext Tools/modules:
• Editor
• Styler
• Layout Editor, Layout Developer
• Architect
• Web Editor, Web Reviewer
• Familiar with Enterprise PLM Applications such as Windchill PDMLink
• Having experience with Arbortext IsoDraw, Creo Illustrate is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.

• Work with customers to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Demonstrated detailed working knowledge of PTCs Arbortext family of products and experience in the development and deployment of transformational business solutions.
• Experience and working knowledge of actual content management and publishing environments, and associated processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop timely solutions, providing excellent customer support and service
• Provide necessary support in troubleshooting code related issues
• Strong debugging/diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Strong team and collaborative working across geography.
• Highly motivated and willing to work in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Need to be Self driven and Proactive and Able to handle small IT team and train the junior members
• Take complete ownership and responsibility of work items
• Ability to learn new things
