Job Title: CT Tech @ Chillicothe, OH

Job Summary:

We are seeking a CT Tech to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Chillicothe, OH. The CT Tech will be responsible for performing computed tomography scans to help diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining CT equipment, as well as knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The CT Tech must have excellent patient communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform computed tomography scans on patients as directed by physicians

Ensure that all CT equipment is functioning properly and maintain it as needed

Evaluate patients' medical history to ensure their safety before administering CT scans

Communicate clearly with patients before and during the scan to ensure they are comfortable throughout the procedure

Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate course of action for patients

Record and maintain accurate patient data in electronic medical records (EMR) system

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations and infection control protocols

Qualifications and Skills:

Certification in Radiologic Technology and/or CT Technology required

Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a CT Tech in a clinical setting preferred

Knowledge of CT equipment and its maintenance preferred

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology

Ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with ease

Willingness to work flexible hours
