Position: Sales Manager

Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee targeted sales campaigns for national and international clients in the IME sector.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with energy and utilities clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and operations.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in existing accounts to enhance quality, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market for our clients.
  • Apply a solution selling approach to meet business needs with appropriate Qualitest services.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Prepare and craft responses to client RFIs and RFPs.
  • Participate in networking events and conferences to nurture client relations and gain community support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in selling services or software, preferably in the IME sector. (primarily in the US; some international experience is acceptable).
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in delivering quality engineering services, preferably in the IME sector.
  • A proven track record of achieving annual growth with existing accounts, driven by a collaborative mindset and a focus on service optimization.
  • A solid understanding of the organizational structures and day-to-day operations of clients within the industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university in a relevant field.
  • Superb oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, collaborate with business users for project validation, and tap into internal subject matter experts when needed.
  • Proficiency in writing SOWs and proposals using the latest proposal generation tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience in routinely updating and navigating industry-leading CRM systems, including Salesforce.
