Job Description:
Job Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Salary Range:
- Hourly: $25/hour (for a new grad)
- $29/hour Maximum (for a candidate with a lot of experience)
Additional Compensation: Possible Sign-On Bonus and/or Relocation Assistance discussed during interview.
Job Description:
- The LPN supports primary care providers in delivering healthcare to patients.
- Performs various activities and procedures under the direction of primary care providers or registered nurses.
- Involved in observation and care of patients, safeguarding their life and health.
- Assists in patient education and manages patient flow within the office.
- Works in Family Care, Ortho, or Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Preparing patients for examination.
- Documenting patient history.
- Assisting providers during examinations and special procedures.
- Administering injections.
- Removing sutures, cleaning wounds, and applying dressings.
- Cleaning and sterilizing instruments.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and supplies of clinical areas.
- Handling medically related phone calls.
- Performing medically related tasks specific to the LPN's specialization.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Required).
- 1 year of clinical or practice setting experience (Preferred).
- New Hampshire State licensure as LPN (Required).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification from the American Heart Association (Required).

Certification and License Requirements:
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire.
