Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary:

Our healthcare facility in Grand Island, NE is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to patients. The CNA will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse and will assist patients with their daily activities, such as bathing, eating, and dressing. The CNA will also take vital signs, record patients' medical histories, and communicate with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist patients with their daily activities, such as bathing, eating, and dressing

- Take vital signs and record patients' medical histories

- Communicate with healthcare providers and report any changes in patients' conditions

- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients

- Provide emotional support to patients and their families

- Participate in patients' care planning and provide input on their progress

Qualifications and Skills:

- Current CNA certification in the state of Nebraska

- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

- Compassionate and patient-focused

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills
