Job Title: MRI Tech

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and professional MRI Tech to join our team in Midland, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for performing MRI scans on patients, ensuring patient safety, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation. The ideal candidate must have experience operating MRI machines and be knowledgeable in assessing image quality and following protocol.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images

- Ensure patient safety and follow established protocols and procedures

- Take patient medical histories and communicate with patients to help allay any fears or concerns they may have

- Properly record patient information and maintain accurate patient records

- Assist with the scheduling of patient appointments and ensure timely patient flow

- Observe and maintain all safety regulations while on duty

- Maintain proper inventory control of all necessary supplies and equipment

Qualifications and Skills:

- Must have a minimum of an Associate's degree

- Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

- Prior MRI experience preferred

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide quality patient care

- Comfortable in a hands-on environment
