Job Title: CT Technologist - Radiology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team in San Angelo, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic CT scans on patients using specialized equipment and ensuring that high-quality images are produced. The CT Technologist will also be involved in patient care, assisting with patient positioning, and ensuring the safety of the patient and the accuracy of the scan. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct diagnostic CT scans on patients as per physician's orders

Assist with patient positioning and ensuring patient safety during scans

Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies used during procedures

Maintain accurate records of patient information and procedure logs

Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure patient care is well-coordinated and efficient

Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and safety of diagnostic imaging procedures

Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards while performing duties

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiology or related field

Active state CT Technologist certification

Demonstrated experience in operating CT scan equipment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as a part of a team

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail

Flexibility with hours and ability to work occasional weekends and holidays
