Job Title: TDM - Test Data Management with Delphix

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TDM (Test Data Management) professional with expertise in using Delphix to manage Test Data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective policies and procedures to manage test data. The candidate will work closely with development teams and business analysts to ensure efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and implement TDM solutions using Delphix.

- Manage test data for development, testing and production environments.

- Provide support for data analysis and database related issues.

- Assess, analyze, and troubleshoot data-related issues to ensure that data quality standards are met.

- Monitor data usage, access, and security to ensure compliance with standards.

- Participate in system testing and provide support for User Acceptance Testing.

- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in TDM using Delphix.

- Working knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL.

- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality and metadata management.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work effectively as a team member or independently.

- Experience in healthcare, financial, or insurance domain would be a plus.
