Job Family Summary:
The Project Management office (PMO) establishes and maintains procedures and standards for the successful execution and delivery of projects under its governance. The PMO facilitates communication and coordination across all stakeholders and project teams, defines and implements an effective communication framework and drives execution of change management programs.
The PMO is in charge of identifying and developing procedures and best practices that will help operations:

Role Summary: -
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning and executing the assigned projects successfully. The PM will work closely with the Project Director and Project Coordinators to ensure the project delivers expected outcomes and is completed within the agreed timelines and budget. A key part of a project manager's role is to identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Have a thorough understanding of the project scope and develop a comprehensive project plan for the successful implementation of RCM in the 2 pilot hospitals (Phase 1) and the remaining facilities in scope (Phases 2 to 4)
- Manage the project team efficiently for the optimal utilization of resources in the various hospitals and Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs)
- Delegate work to the project team, monitor progress, adjust as needed and perform quality control to deliver expected results
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within schedule and approved budget. Assess impact of deviations, identify solutions and report to the Project Director
- Utilize industry best practices, standards, tools and techniques for the effective implementation of the project
- Identify and manage risks
- Develop project status reports
- Keep the Project Director updated on various aspects of the project such as progress, risks, issues, mitigation plans, constraints etc.
Skills and Education
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field from an accredited university
- Minimum 7 years experience managing complex projects, out of which at least 5 years in the UAE within the healthcare sector
- Experience in managing multiple delivery site location project is an advantage
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
- Strong understanding and practical experience in Revenue Cycle Management to drive best practice through processes, tools and techniques.
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
- The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
