Job Family Summary:

The Marketing Department is responsible to manage all aspects of branding, communications,

campaigns, digital and social media for the group company. The department primarily works on

main objective of enhancing brand value and market presence through developing and

implementing marketing plans that are dedicated to each entity within the group. It Partners with

internal and external teams in achieving the group companies missions and visions.

Role Summary:

  • Associate Director Marketing, will report to the Managing Director, and is responsible for designing
  • and executing marketing strategies to increase brand value and awareness about the different
  • groups products and services. This position will work with internal teams and external suppliers in
  • growing brand recognition, market share and business development across various markets
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Leads and defines branding strategies and supports in business growth, evolution and
  • development of the brands across the group
  • Leads and defines the strategies to introduce new products and services with the aim to drive
  • sales and business growth
  • Develops and implements the annual marketing plan and budget to drive group strategy -
  • collaborate with sales to ensure alignment with business growth objectives and define the go[1]to-market tactics
  • Research and analyze the market opportunity across each of our product and service lines,
  • including the assessment of value propositions and competitive positioning
  • Works with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to successfully execute BTL
  • marketing initiatives that drive awareness, growth, revenue and positive sentiment
  • Regular reporting to leadership team on new and ongoing initiatives, inclusive of financial
  • performance to show ROI across all marketing spend
  • Build the marketing department team as per business needs, and manage Marketing and
  • Advertising budgets with the effective allocation to activities that will meet business objectives
  • Builds relationship and manages agencies for the development of creative campaigns

  • Drives the Marketing & Brand Partnership campaigns calendar ensuring effective delivery of
  • campaigns, on time and on budget
  • Manages and coordinates all marketing activities against a defined business goal. This will
  • include but not be limited to integrated campaigns, digital advertising, emails, events, 3rd
  • party events, trade shows, webinars, and thought leadership
  • Leads the creation of content for sales, events and social media, including presentations,
  • email nurture programs, and supporting collateral.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Managing Director and CEO

Job Requirements:

  • Master or Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (English/Arabic)
  • Prior leadership experience is a must.
  • Revenue cycle consulting experience, such as revenue cycle outsourcing, interim
  • management or performance improvement preferred
  • Experience working with project stakeholders/business leadership team
  • Experience in handling all aspects of marketing branding, communication, campaigns
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content
  • marketing
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • Strong copywriting skills and Proven marketing campaign experience
