About the job Financial Planning and Analyst
Primary Responsibilities
Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Creates variance analysis reports and financial models. Leads real-time financial performance monitoring. Escalates any financial issues to management. Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
- Qualifications in Accounting /Business finance like CA/CPA/MBA finance
- Experience working with providers or health insurance companies in the UAE
- Knowledge & understanding of financial accounting & transactions
- 5+ years of FP&A and management reporting experience in big corporations/ MNCs preferably in the healthcare sector
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven, expert level ability within Excel and PowerPoint
- Examples and prior history of working with large sets of detailed data while identifying and communicating key principles and observations
- Expert ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data and identify each clients or projects financial status
- Ability and prior experience working alone and as part of a cross-functional team to deliver high quality analysis conclusions to management
- Clear and concise communication skills is mandatory
- Ability to work with key leadership levels
- Advanced analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills
