Job brief
We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer/Elearning Developer to design and
develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring
knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Role & Responsibilities
Design e-learning courses using Articulate authoring tools: Storyline and Rise (they
must contain engaging interactions, knowledge checks and provide great learning
experience for our learners)
Using advanced MS Office skills, especially SharePoint and PowerPoint, to edit, refresh
and build exciting documents and products
Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
Working with subject matter experts and identifying target audiences training needs
Applying tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
Knowledge and experience of using digital media creation software and animation
tools (Vyond, Adobe Creative suite) to create icons, graphics, motion graphics,
animated and video graphic media
Integrate audio and video assets into learning modules
Provide recommendations on eLearning enhancements based upon adult learning
principles and technology advancements
Managing content for online tools and portals including web pages
Experience of using sound recording software to record, edit and add voice-over narrative to content
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (business English) with the ability to
tailor communications for different audiences
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design
Experience in the administration of a learning management system (Totara LMS)
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with designing and developing interactive online content
and working within a learning and development team
Experienced with working with subject matter experts and transforming content into
engaging learning
Experience in developing microlearning and blended learning
Excellent knowledge and experience in applying adult learning theories, development
strategies and delivery methods for a variety of digital learning interventions
