We are looking for a HR Associate to join our team and support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working with employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain and update employee records, ATS and HR files
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and other employment-related paperwork
- Assist with attendance, timekeeping, leave monitoring, and payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Assist with employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
- Handle confidential employee information appropriately
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR administration preferred
- Good understanding of basic HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Willing to work onsite in Cavite
- Available to work Australian business hours
