We are looking for a HR Associate to join our team and support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working with employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Assist with onboarding and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain and update employee records, ATS and HR files
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and other employment-related paperwork
  • Assist with attendance, timekeeping, leave monitoring, and payroll coordination
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Assist with employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
  • Handle confidential employee information appropriately
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR administration preferred
  • Good understanding of basic HR practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Willing to work onsite in Cavite
  • Available to work Australian business hours
