Key Responsibilities
- Pitch and sell our services (recruitment, social media management, web design, and other business support services) to SMEs, startups, and established organizations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience, preferably in a remote or target-driven role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable using virtual collaboration and CRM tools.
- Ability to contribute to refining sales materials and messaging.
