About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of solutions within the Zoho One ecosystem. You will work closely with senior developers and business teams to ensure seamless workflows, integrations, and process automation across multiple Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities

 Configure and customize Zoho applications such as CRM, Desk, People, Forms, Cliq, Connect, and Projects.

 Develop and maintain Deluge scripts, custom functions, and basic JavaScript-based customizations.

 Assist in building and optimizing workflows, blueprints, and reports.

 Integrate Zoho with third-party tools and APIs under the guidance of senior team members.

 Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions accordingly.

 Test, troubleshoot, and maintain existing Zoho modules to ensure optimal performance.

 Stay updated with Zoho feature updates and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho One applications.

 Proficiency in Deluge scripting and basic JavaScript.

 Understanding of Zoho CRM customization, workflow automation, and report building.

 Familiarity with Zoho integrations using APIs or third-party tools.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Background

 Experience working with BFSI, SaaS, or D2C companies using Zoho.

 Exposure to fast-paced, tech-driven work environments.
