Art Worker (Packaging Design)

Job Title: Artworker / Graphic Designer (Print Advertisements)

Location: [Hyderabad]

Experience: Minimum 3+ years

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside a team of Technical and Creative Artworkers, Designers, and Print Project Managers.
• Create, correct, and deliver high-quality, print-ready artwork as per the provided brief.
• Localize artwork for various markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Ensure all work adheres to client guidelines and brand requirements.
• Understand and enforce Hogarth's key policies.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and document any issues for consistency.
• Support the Team Leader/Production Manager and mentor junior team members.
• Respond to information requests from Line Manager/Team Leader.
• Use good judgment in artwork direction and problem-solving.
• Highlight any issues that increase studio time to the Team Leader.
• Manage workload efficiently and report any downtime to the Team Leader.
• Ensure completion of all workflow system statuses (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design for the Print Advertisements industry.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Decision-making ability and proactive approach to self-improvement.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
